UMaine Psychology Department Offering Telehealth Services

The Psychological Services Clinic (PSC)

at the University of Maine is now offering Telehealth Services.

Call us at: 207-581-2034

The Clinician-Psychologist teams at the PSC provide evidence-based therapy

services for a wide range of ages and difficulties.

We have also opened a COVID-19 Stress Clinic that is providing telehealth

services throughout the state of Maine. This clinic offers four-to-six sessions to

help people learn skills to cope with stress, emotional difficulties, and social

isolation as a result of the pandemic. Each session is $15. Clients need a

computer with a camera, smartphone, or tablet to participate in teletherapy.

Clients begin with a confidential intake by phone or videoconferencing to learn

more about them and to see if telehealth services will be able to help meet their needs.

For our regular therapy services, although we don’t take insurance, our sliding

fee scale is often less than or equal to an insurance co-pay. Potential clients

may call the PSC themselves without having a provider referral. We are

working remotely, so just leave a message and we will return your call shortly.

If you have questions about services or the clinic, we welcome you to call us

at 207-581-2034.
