Training Gap Survey for Health Providers and Aging Network Professionals
Providers and aging network professionals,
The AgingME Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP) team at the University of New England and The University of Maine invites you to take part in our annual online survey to help identify training gaps and opportunities for strengthening knowledge of Age-Friendly Health Systems and the 4M’s in Maine. The purpose of AgingME is to improve the health and well-being of Maine’s older adults through training enhancements and practice transformation processes at the primary care practice level. Findings from this survey will be used to inform future training and activities carried out by the AgingME GWEP.
The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You can access the survey at the following link:

We would greatly appreciate your participation. The survey will be crucial in helping to develop future GWEP workshops that include important and needed areas of training for healthcare providers, older adults, and their care partners.
Please forward this invite on to other aging professionals, providers, and networks who may be interested in participating in this needs assessment process.
Thank you!
