The University of Maine Center on Aging is pleased to offer an online certificate program for professionals and volunteers who work with grandfamily caregivers. The online Certificate in Grandfamilies Leadership program offers core education, technical support, and leadership development for professionals delivering grandfamily and kinship programming nationwide.
Space is limited, and participation is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit www.kinshipcert.org to register now. Registration will be capped to allow participants to engage in online discussions with colleagues in the field.

The University of Maine Center on Aging has a long history of research, education, and consultation related to grandfamily caregiving, frequently partnering with nationally recognized experts in the field. The faculty of the certificate course are nationally recognized experts in aging, child welfare, and kinship care.

Professionals in the Certificate in Grandfamilies Leadership program will participate in a national online community that enhances networking.
Obtain Affordable Continuing Education!
This program is being offered for a low registration fee of $85. Participants will receive a certificate of completion documenting 12 hours of continuing education contact hours.
