Celebrating Dr. Len Kaye’s Retirement
CoA founding director, Dr. Len Kaye, will formally retire from the University of Maine on July 1. For decades, Len’s visionary leadership and dedication have championed the well-being of older adults across Maine and beyond. Len stepped back from his director role in 2024 but has remained an integral part of the Center. While we will deeply miss his daily presence at the Center, we aren’t letting him get away completely! We are thrilled to share that Len will remain involved with the Center on a part-time basis, lending his expertise on several key projects. Please join us in expressing our immense gratitude for Len’s remarkable legacy and wishing him the best as he steps into this well-deserved new chapter.
