Gail is a Senior Companion Program coordinator in Somerset and Kennebec counties. She has been an administrative specialist in UMaine’s Cooperative Extension since 2011. She assists both ends of the age spectrum with the youth and families of the 4-H and senior citizens; she enjoys giving workshops and presentations and sharing knowledge from the Cooperative Extension services. She is an active volunteer with the University of Maine’s Master Gardener and Homemakers Extension program. Gail lives in the small town of Cambridge, a town with an aging population similar to many small rural towns in Maine, and is passionate about working and volunteering with many other senior residents to accomplish the goals of the town. A proud parent of two successful young men, she is also experiencing the joys of a 4 year old granddaughter, Isabella.
