What is Mental Health First Aid:
Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based, early intervention course that teaches participants about
mental health and substance use challenges. This course is being offered by the UMaine Center on Aging Senior Companion Program.
When: November 4th, 2024
Where: Lithgow Public Library, 45 Winthrop Street Augusta ME 04330
Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, 30 minute lunch break (Bring your own lunch)
What: Adult Mental Health First Aid, Open to all interested community members at NO COST.
