Maine Age-Friendly Needs Assessment Survey-Open Until July 18th!
Dear Maine-based providers, aging network professionals, older adults, and other stakeholders,
You’re invited to take the GWEP Annual Needs Assessment Survey by July 18 if you haven’t already done so. The survey should only take 10-15 minutes to complete, and your responses are anonymous. We also encourage you to forward this survey to friends, colleagues, and others in your network, particularly in northern Maine and rural regions — to ensure that we capture needs and perspectives throughout the state.
