Adam C. Mosey

Adam Mosey is the Director of Aging Policy for ADvancing States (formerly NASUAD), which represents the 56 state and territorial agencies on aging and disabilities. In his role, he leads the Association’s training and technical assistance for State Unit on Aging (SUA) directors and conducts policy and legislative analyses. His areas of interest include both Medicaid and non-Medicaid LTSS policy, dual eligibles, state innovation and systems redesign, and Veterans issues. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and German from Goucher College in Baltimore, MD, and a Master’s degree in Policy, Planning, and Management (MPPM) from the Muskie School of Public Service within the University of Southern Maine (USM). He also currently serves in the Army National Guard.
