Christopher Nightingale, EdD ETC

Dr. Christopher Nightingale is an Assistant Professor of Physical Education and Athletic Training in the School of Kinesiology, Physical Education, and Athletic Training at the University of Maine.  He has published research investigating assessment and reduction of fall-risk in older adults.  Nightingale has interprofessional research experience and serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine.  He was part of a team that earned the 2014 John Nash Award for best multi-disciplinary abstract at the Chiropractic Sports Sciences Symposium.  Prior to UMaine, Nightingale worked at Maine Maritime Academy and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a clinical athletic trainer.
