Jennifer Jain, MS, CTRS

Jennifer is an interdisciplinary Ph.D. student with a focus on Disability Studies, Gerontology, Recreation, and Leisure. She grew up in the midwest and moved to Maine 16 years ago with her husband and children. Jennifer has a BA in psychology and an MS in recreation administration: outdoor therapy and has worked for several years as a recreational therapist in various settings such as camps, group homes, rehabilitation, and long-term care facilities. Most recently, she was a full-time university instructor in Recreation and Leisure Studies. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, and walking her dog.
